The agent is built. The schedule and trigger are set up. All that's left is to verify everything works as intended — and tweak it if needed.

How to test without waiting until 8:00

Do right now what you're supposed to do every morning at 8:00

The agent will run the full cycle: check Gmail, check Calendar, compile the digest, and send it to Telegram.

Open your phone and see what came through.

What to check

Go through each point:

Emails:

• Did you get exactly 5 emails (not 3, not 10)?
• Are the ones selected genuinely important, not random?
• Is each email summary clear at a glance?
• Is the "action needed" flag placed where it should be?

Meetings:

• Are all meetings for today and tomorrow present?
• Are the times correct?
• Are the participants listed?

Format:

• Is the message comfortable to read on a phone?
• Is it not too long?
