All three integrations are connected. Now comes the most important step: explaining to the agent exactly what the morning briefing should look like.
The agent is smart, but not a mind reader. Without a precise description of the format, it will do something different every time: sometimes long, sometimes brief, sometimes missing meetings, sometimes missing priorities. Detailed instructions are your guarantee of consistent results.
Writing the instructions in chat
Write the agent a detailed description of what it should do every morning:
Here are the instructions for the morning briefing. Follow them exactly.
Gmail: Find the 5 most important unread emails. Important emails are those from known clients or partners, emails with subjects containing words like "urgent", "important", "asap", as well as replies to my emails. For each email write: sender, subject, one sentence summarizing what the email is about, and whether I need to do anything (yes/no).
Google Calendar: Show all meetings for today and tomorrow. For each one: time, title, attendees.
