In the lesson on Mistake #3, you learned that the Knowledge Base needs to be filled in. This lesson is about how to make the Knowledge Base a truly powerful tool: structured, up-to-date, and working like the agent's second brain.
Advanced Knowledge Base Architecture
A basic Knowledge Base contains USER.md with a general business description. An advanced one has several specialized files:
| File | Contents |
|---|---|
| IDENTITY.md | Who the agent is, its role, how it should behave |
| USER.md | About you and your business, communication style, priorities |
| SOUL.md | Values, working principles, things that must never be done |
| clients.md | Client database with context |
| projects.md | Active projects and statuses |
| templates.md | Message templates, contracts, proposals |
| decisions.md | History of important decisions |
You don't need to create everything at once. Add files as needed.
Structured Client Database
This is one of the most valuable elements of the Knowledge Base. When the agent knows your clients, it works with them the right way.
