Creating an Agent and Defining the Task
The first step of a hands-on case study: create an agent from scratch and learn to phrase the task so it immediately understands what you need.

Andres is the owner of a consulting company in Mexico City. Every morning he opens his inbox and sees 40 to 60 new emails. Plus 3–5 meetings. By the time he figures out who needs an urgent reply, who to ignore, and what to add to his task list — 45 minutes are gone. Every day.
Over these six lessons, we'll build an agent that does all of this for him. Every morning at 8:00, the agent will check his email, review his calendar, and send a ready-made digest straight to Telegram.
What we're building
Here's the end result:
- The agent reads Gmail and picks the 5 most important emails
- Checks Google Calendar for today and tomorrow
- Sends everything in a single Telegram message at 8:00
- If an email arrives from an important client — sends an instant notification without waiting until morning

- Go to ascn.ai

- Enter a name:
