How The Five-Step Automation Pipeline Works

Step 1: New Hire Data Intake

When an engineer's email address is created in Google Workspace it is automatically assigned to the Engineering Division's Shared Drive and when a salesperson's email address is created it is automatically assigned to the Sales Division's Shared Drive.
